1. The User’s personal data may be transferred to the authorized bodies of the state authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine. 5.4. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES 7.1. The administration of the site, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is responsible for the losses incurred by the User in connection with the improper use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, with the exception of the cases provided for in paragraph 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy. 7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information: 7.2.1.
